LogisticsOp came out of a real distribution operation, not a product meeting. It has been dispatching a working fleet every working day since, and every feature in it exists because a real delivery day demanded it.
There was no product meeting. There was a distribution fleet that needed answers a run sheet and a spreadsheet couldn't give: where a driver actually was, whether a delivery actually happened, and why a route that should have taken four hours took seven.
So it was built the direct way: from inside the operation that needed it, by people answering those questions every day, not designing around them from a distance. Route optimisation, live tracking and photo proof of delivery went in first, because those were the three questions that came up every single day. Everything since has followed the same rule: it gets built when a real delivery day demands it, not because a feature list says it should be there.
It is still running that same fleet today, every working day, before it is anything else.

Multi-language customer names, any currency, shops whose saved coordinates are wrong, addresses that are a landmark rather than a street number. Real delivery data is messy, so the system is built to handle it rather than assume it away.
