Where is he now?
Every vehicle on one map, updating as it moves, with the full trail of the route driven and how long it stopped at each place.
LogisticsOp uses AI route optimisation to turn your daily invoice list into the most efficient driver routes, tracks each vehicle as it runs, and captures GPS-verified photo proof at every stop.
These are the four things fleet managers ask most, and the four things a run sheet cannot answer.
Where is he now?
Every vehicle on one map, updating as it moves, with the full trail of the route driven and how long it stopped at each place.
Did that delivery actually happen?
Photo of the shopfront and the signed invoice at every stop, with the GPS position recorded at the moment the photo was taken.
Why is this route taking all day?
Travel time and time spent inside each shop, measured separately, so you can see whether the road or the counter is the delay.
What happened yesterday?
One file with every invoice, its outcome, and the reason behind each cancellation or reschedule. Downloaded in a click.
Upload the day's invoices and LogisticsOp runs the operation: planning, dispatch, tracking, proof, and the closing report.
Works out the best visiting order for every driver, measured on real road distances rather than straight lines, the kind of problem that takes a dispatcher an hour and a machine a second. Add an urgent invoice mid-morning and re-optimise only the stops he has left.
Every vehicle on one map with its route trail, plus stop detection showing exactly where a van stood still and for how long.
Shopfront and invoice photos at each stop, stamped with the GPS position where they were taken.
Travel time and time at the shop recorded separately for each delivery, so slow days can be explained rather than guessed at.
Dashboards for delivery rate, value, distance and driver comparison, and a one-click export of every invoice with its outcome.
Give a supervisor view-only access, or rights to specific actions, without handing over the admin account.
The same order every day. Most of it takes minutes.
Drop in the day's export. Stops are matched to customers and assigned to each salesman's driver.
The AI orders each driver's stops into the shortest practical run across the real road network, then sends the route to their phone.
Odometer reading and photo once in the morning. After that the app leads them stop by stop.
Photo proof at each stop. Cancellations and reschedules are captured with a reason on the spot.
Add an urgent invoice or drop one, re-optimise, and the driver simply continues with the new order.
Download one file showing every invoice, its outcome, and the reason behind it.
When a customer says the delivery never arrived, a photo alone rarely settles it. LogisticsOp records the driver's GPS position at the moment the shopfront photo is taken and compares it to the customer's registered location.
LogisticsOp came out of a real distribution operation, not a product meeting, and it has been dispatching a working fleet every working day since. Features exist because a real delivery day demanded them, re-optimising a running route, reusing a shopfront photo across invoices for the same customer, catching a driver who marked the wrong outcome.
It handles the messiness of real delivery work: multi-language customer names, any currency, and shops whose registered coordinates are not always where the shop actually is.
Tell us how your fleet works and we will walk you through the system with your kind of delivery day. Subscription pricing is quoted per fleet size.
It plans a day's stops into efficient driver routes, tracks the vehicles while they run, captures proof at each delivery, and reports what happened. LogisticsOp does all four for distribution fleets of any size.
At each stop the driver photographs the shopfront and the signed invoice. LogisticsOp records the GPS position at the moment the photo is taken and compares it with the customer's registered location, so you can see how far the driver was from where the delivery should have happened.
The app shows one stop at a time: navigate, photograph, mark delivered. A driver enters an odometer reading once in the morning and follows the route from there. In practice drivers are working within a day.
Yes. Add an urgent invoice or remove one, then re-optimise the stops the driver has left. The route reorders from his current position and his phone picks it up, he does not restart the day or re-enter the odometer.
LogisticsOp is a subscription priced per fleet size. Request a demo and we will quote based on your vehicle count and daily stop volume.
It solves the routing problem. Given a day's stops, it measures the true driving distance between every pair of them across the road network, then works out the visiting order that covers them in the least driving. A dispatcher doing this by hand is guessing; with twenty stops there are more possible orders than atoms in a room. It also re-solves mid-route: add or drop a stop and it reorders only what the driver has left, starting from where he is now.
Yes. LogisticsOp takes the day's invoices from a spreadsheet export, so it works with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, Tally, or any system that can export to Excel or CSV. No change to your ERP is needed. Where a customer wants invoices to flow across automatically, we build a direct integration for their system.
The driver app runs on Android today. An iPhone version is in development. Managers use the web portal, which works in any browser on desktop, tablet or phone.
Yes. Each company runs on its own database and its own address, with photos stored separately. Nothing is shared between companies on the platform.
